Rosemary Water Spray : ++ 1 After shampooing & conditioning, spray onto hair & scalp, leave for 15 minutes, then rinse off. ++ 2 Spray on hair before bed, wash out in the morning with a mild rosemary shampoo. ++ 3 Post Washing, spray onto hair & scalp, leave in & style as usual.  Rosemary Essential Oil : ++ 1 Mix 3-5 drops of rosemary essential oil with a carrier oil (like coconut, castor, or jojoba oil). ++ 2 Massage gently into the scalp for 5-10 minutes to boost absorption. ++ 3 Leave in on for a few hours or overnight, then wash with a mild shampoo.
