Using it from past 10 days, hairfall is reduced to 5 strands a day from 30 strands a day earlier.So, it does work for hairfall reduction. Waiting for regrowth but on the flip side it caused acne. Oily texture which takes over an hour to absorb.

The serum has a light oil like texture but it gets absorbed into the scalp within an hour and doesn't make your hair look oily. This also adds ample moisture to the scalp without any scent. I had severe hair fall when I thought of giving it a try. I first heard about Redensyl as an ingredient and later learnt that aravi organic has a hair serum containing this ingredient. I thought why not give it a try since I was happy with the results of tranexamic acid serum of theirs. I did not see any results for about a week and half. I thought I will anyways try to complete this bottle and see. So yeah end of first bottle in 3 weeks (I use it generously all over my scalp), I ordered the second bottle. Its been good so far. My hair feels a little stronger and the scalp better. Doesn't have any fragrance. Its sticky when you apply it on the scalp but gets absorbed beautifully in a hour or so. So I apply it a couple of hours before sleep time so the product gets absorbed into the scalp and not pillowcover. And as always super fast delivery by amazon!
